1. Engage in at least one physical game from your hobbies daily if possible and you stand the chance of living happier (due to secretion of happy hormones like dopamine) and healthier (resulting from physical exercise) especially when you do it with your family and friends. It helps cement that special connection.
2. Never say I am too busy to engage in any physical activity. Physical games help you maintain an exercise routine because you like it. This is necessary, especially for those who crossed 40.
3. In a world filled with electronic gadgets, engage your family also in at least one non-physical but interactive games that will see you throw away all your phones and laptops for some interactive activities where you can laugh and laugh together. As you age, any source of laughter becomes an important tool for mood stabilization. Laughter helps with the feel-good hormones that neutralize stress hormones if present. Watch the videos again and see how Yahaya was beating me inside out joyfully.
